This is the operating standard Klondike Revival follows—and the standard we ask everyone we work with to follow too.
Why This Standard Exists
Klondike Revival was not built to become another layer of talk between the people doing the work.
It was built because too many good opportunities fail when the truth is unclear, important terms are left verbal, production is not tracked, royalties are not transparent, responsibilities are passed around, and the land becomes someone else's problem.
Our Standard Is Straightforward
- Tell the truth.
- Put important terms in writing.
- Confirm who owns what and who has authority.
- Test before making major promises.
- Track what matters.
- Pay people properly.
- Respect the land.
- Correct problems early.
- Do not use another person's trust as an opportunity to take advantage of them.
That standard applies to Klondike Revival too. We should not ask miners, claim owners, workers, suppliers, customers, or partners to accept rules we are unwilling to follow ourselves. Our compensation, authority, role, limitations, and any material involvement on both sides of a transaction should be disclosed and documented.
The Twelve Klondike Principles
These are not suggestions. This is how we operate.
Say what the opportunity really is.
Say clearly what it is not.
Put important terms in writing.
Confirm ownership, authority, access, and responsibility.
Test before making major claims or financial commitments.
Track production, expenses, payments, royalties, and responsibilities.
Do not hide gold, production, costs, problems, deductions, or side agreements.
Do not move the goalposts after someone commits money, equipment, labour, fuel, or time.
Respect the land, water, wildlife, neighbouring properties, and reclamation obligations.
Address concerns early, directly, respectfully, and with evidence.
Give affected parties a fair opportunity to understand, respond, correct, or provide supporting information.
Build agreements that people can live with—not traps that only work while everyone is getting along.
Good relationships are not built by avoiding hard conversations. They are built by making expectations clear before the problems begin.
The Klondike Revival Anti-Scam and Trust Structure
The phrase "anti-scam" does not mean that Klondike Revival can guarantee that fraud or dishonesty will never occur.
It means that our systems are designed to make hidden dealing more difficult.
We encourage fixed terms, written agreements, transparent percentages, documented testing, visible payoff balances, proper reporting, witnessed or recorded cleanouts where appropriate, clear royalty calculations, and written approval before material terms change.

The Honourable Royalty Program
A royalty is only honourable when the people affected by it understand what it is, why it exists, how it is calculated, what records support it, and when it must be paid.
Klondike Revival supports royalty systems that are fixed or clearly defined, transparent, documented, reviewable, and connected to real value.
Klondike Revival does not support hidden increases, changing formulas, unrecorded production, undocumented deductions, indefinite repayment, or royalty arrangements that cannot be explained clearly.
Every Royalty Arrangement Should Explain:
- Who receives the royalty
- Why the royalty exists
- What value, service, property right, equipment, representation, or participation it compensates
- The percentage or calculation formula
- Whether it is based on gross production, net production, revenue, recovered gold, processed material, or another measure
- What deductions are allowed
- Who approves deductions
- What production records are required
- How gold is weighed
- How cleanouts are documented
- When calculations occur
- When payment occurs
- How payment is confirmed
- How discrepancies are reviewed
- Whether the percentage changes after equipment or investment is repaid
- How any future change must be approved
Klondike Revival Compensation Disclosure
Klondike Revival may receive compensation for value created through introductions, representation, due diligence, stewardship, testing support, reporting systems, project coordination, dispute prevention, operator support, claim-owner support, workforce coordination, or other agreed services.
Compensation may include:
Any material compensation arrangement that could affect a customer's, miner's, operator's, or claim owner's decision should be disclosed.
Klondike Revival should make money by creating, organizing, protecting, or materially improving real value—not by collecting money for empty promises.
Your Independent Work Remains Yours
Klondike Revival does not automatically claim ownership, commission, royalty, or control over every opportunity pursued by a person who has worked with us.
When a miner, operator, contractor, or business independently finds, develops, negotiates, finances, or creates an opportunity without Klondike Revival's introduction, information, documents, strategy, due diligence, negotiation, protection, or material support, that independent opportunity remains theirs.
When Klondike Revival introduces, protects, structures, advises on, negotiates, documents, or materially helps create an opportunity, our agreed compensation should be put in writing and honoured.
The purpose is fairness on both sides.
What Good Mining Practice Means to Us
Good mining practice is not measured only by how much gold reaches the box.
It is also measured by how the ground was tested, how the people were treated, how the records were kept, how royalties were handled, how safely the work was done, and what condition the land was left in.
A strong mining operation is not one that hides every problem. It is one that identifies problems early and corrects them properly.
Reclamation Is Part of the Operation
Mining creates a responsibility to the land.
Reclamation should not be treated as a problem for the final day of the project.
Klondike Revival supports progressive reclamation throughout the life of an operation.
The ground should not be treated as disposable simply because the gold has been removed.
Responsible operators plan for reclamation before the final day of mining—not after the damage has already been left behind.
